Beginning his career at EDS, Allen’s exceptional performance earned him a rapid promotion, making him the first to advance in a massive new call center operation. Here, he cultivated lifelong friendships, built valuable relationships, and benefited from the mentorship of a seasoned leader who helped shape his executive potential.
Always eager for a challenge, Allen enrolled in the prestigious EDS Systems Engineer program, a rigorous boot camp designed to test even the most skilled professionals. He thrived in this high-pressure environment, joining a team tasked with solving the Y2K bug for General Motors, EDS’s largest client.
Allen’s passion for the dynamic call center environment drew him to Ohio in his mid-20s, where he took on the challenge of running his own center. Despite obstacles, his leadership propelled the center to achieve its highest rankings in history, a testament to his philosophy that excuses have no place in the pursuit of success.
In Florida, Allen secured his first Vice President position before the age of 30. Over the next two decades, he steadily advanced, holding titles such as VP, CIO, COO, and now CEO. At every stage, Allen has focused on driving success, empowering teams, and delivering exceptional results.
